| Good Movies |

[b]I was at Jasmin's house all weekend so I didn't get the chance to write.[/b] I had a fun time! Friday we rented a bunch of movies (Fight Club, Billy Elliot, The Eye, and The Secret Window) and we got Wendy's before we went back to her house to watch them. I've already seen Fight Club and Billy Elliot but I LOVE those movies. The Eye was in subtitles because it's a foreign film (either Japanese or Chinese... I'm pretty sure it's Japanese...). It was a pretty good movie, but there wasn't too much to the plot. The Secret Window was a lot like Fight Club, and I love Fight Club, so I loved The Secret Window. And Johnny Depp was in it so that made it even better :wink: . Well I suppose I'm gonna go because I'm too lazy to write about the rest of the weekend right now. Hasta!

[b]I finally got my ears re-pierced today!! :D [/b]Yay! I've been wanting to get them pierced again ever since they got infected and closed up... I'm not sure how long ago but it's been over a year. My mom and I went shopping today and I got a new bathing suit, then asked if I could get my ears pierced. I wasn't really expecting her to say yes, but she did, and this really weird goth girl did it. I have [i]nothing[/i] against goth girls, but this one seemed a little off. She talked in this slow whisper and her eyes were shifty. I was scared she was going to attack my face with the gun instead of my ears :twisted: .
[b]I have a quiz to take tomorrow morning because I didn't take it today, [/b]and then my mom is bringing me over to Jasmin's house. We're going to frolic around all day :) . I have no idea what she plans on doing but we'll probably end up doing what we always do: eat a bunch of food and rent crappy movies. I'm gonna go study, hasta!

I can't sleep at night and I'm distracted all day :? . I'm leaving in 10 minutes to go somewhere with my mom and then I'll come home so that I can sit around and try to empty my head by listening to music and laying on my floor. I need to do my math by tomorrow at quarter of eight. Who gets up at 5:30am during summer vacation? I had to get up that early to review stuff before she got here. Well my mom is coming inside now so we're probably leaving soon. I gotta go, hasta

| Visiting Mi Padre |

[b]My life is turning into a crazy thing![/b] I emailed my dad and said that my mom was going to let me visit him in Canada. I'm going up for 4 days to watch the Sundance (it's this Indian thing my dad does every year... at least I think it's every year) and then I would be staying a couple extra days because my dad isn't allowed to talk to anyone during the 4 days of the Sundance and I want to have a couple days to visit him. I didn't think he really wanted to see me. I figured he'd be like, "Yeah, I thought you could come up but..." I was surprised when he sent me this email back:
Hi Sierra!!
I think it would be awesome if you could come up for the sundance and also stay a couple days extra to visit with me!! I usually have to take a couple days off after as I am pretty weak but I would love it if you came up!! I could show you around and where I work and all your relatives up here and all kinds of things to do!! Really looking forward to your visit and I will call in a day or two to sort things out ok? I Love You Sierra!

[b]Moving on...[/b] [i]~college~[/i] I've decided 100% which one I'm going to. I looked up some information on it and I've been thinking that I might want to go there and now I know that's where I'm going. Getting in isn't an issue because my grades are better than most people's who got in there. Of course I'll apply to other places just in case, but if I get in to those colleges I'm not going because I really want to go to this one. If I get there and I don't like it I can always transfer the next semester.

| Parental Vacation |

[b]My parents are leaving today to go on vacation at the ocean.[/b] They won't let me stay alone because I might die :roll: so I'm spending the night at Jasmin's house tonight. Tomorrow I'm spending the day with Matt :P because it's the 4TH OF JULY and I won't be home until around 11pm. My mom is having my neighbor, Ann, spend the night Sunday and Monday. Yippee, some random old woman is going to be sleeping at my house so she can fend off the evil knife throwers :twisted: that want to steal my life.
[b]My tutoring is going to be over with by next week![/b] Yay :D ! I only have one more quiz, then I have a final and that's it. Then I won't have to plan everything around it and I won't have to be home by 6 every night. I can't wait to be able to sleep in every day and not have to study. Well I gotta go because my mom is dropping me off at Jasmin's house. Hasta!

| Ocean |

[b]My dad called last night. [/b]It wasn't awkward at all talking to him because we had a lot to talk about. I wonder what my little (half) brother Brett Issaq looks like now. I think he's 6 years old... but I don't know.
[b]I just got back from the ocean. [/b] I went with Jasmin, David, and Matt. It was a fun time :D !!! We jumped around in the waves like psycho little kids and then frolicked in the current. What's it called when the tide is going out and water gets sucked out that makes a really strong current? Well that was what we frolicked in. It's probably not the safest thing to do since it can pull you out into the ocean and you can drown, but we didn't die so I guess it's alright. Anyway, it got shallow before it went out into the ocean so we could have just stood up and been fine. Well I'm gonna go take a shower. I might write more later. Hasta!
